High Access Building Services (HABS) specialises in external building maintenance and access solutions for commercial and high-rise properties.

We provide practical, safety-focused maintenance services that protect, maintain, and improve building assets over the long term.

Stephen brings 20+ years of industry experience in window cleaning and building washing, alongside extensive hands-on experience in building maintenance and remedial work. HABS then brings together the appropriate people, access methods and specialist skills required for each building.

Safety & High-Access Capability

Safety is fundamental to the way HABS plans and undertakes work at height. Our high-access work is carried out by appropriately trained and competent personnel, with access methods and work procedures selected according to the requirements of each project.

Our rope-access capability includes IRATA-qualified personnel, with additional licences, competencies and specialist trades engaged where required for the work being undertaken.
