HABS provides practical remedial maintenance and painting services as part of our broader approach to façade maintenance.

Our experience includes more than 15 years of hands-on involvement with repair, preparation, painting and general remedial work. For works requiring particular trade qualifications or specialist expertise, HABS engages appropriately experienced and qualified personnel for the work being undertaken.

Services can include façade repairs, render repairs, crack repairs, surface preparation, sealing, caulking, protective coatings and painting, together with other maintenance identified during inspection or building mapping.

This approach allows HABS to coordinate the work from identification through to repair, while ensuring the right skills are applied to each task.
